Patients see the medical provider in the order they arrive and are checked in by the receptionist. On the occasion that there is an emergency situation either in the clinic or in the emergency room, you may experience a longer wait. Should this occur, a staff member will advise you of the approximate wait time, and you will be given the opportunity* to see another provider via their private practice located on-site in the adjoining clinic. (*Saturdays excluded.)
